Robert Newton Appointed CEO of Energy Pipelines CRC

The Board of the Energy Pipelines CRC has announced that Mr Robert Newton has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Energy Pipelines CRC.

Former Energy Pipelines CRC CEO, David Norman, has been appointed as CEO of Future Fuels CRC following the success of its recent bid.

Energy Pipelines CRC Board Chairman Charles Rottier congratulated Robert on his appointment saying that

‘Robert is the excellent choice for this important role. Being a foundation member of staff and with a drive for continued professionalism, Robert will ensure the Energy Pipelines CRC continues to deliver on all of its required obligations until the end of CRC funded activities in June 2019.’

“The wind up of a CRC is a substantial task and I am confident that Robert and the team will deliver on this job while also continuing to celebrate the legacy and impact of the Energy pipelines CRC. ’

Robert will oversee the conclusion of all Energy Pipelines CRC funded activities and the restructuring of the company post June 2019 as an asset-holding organisation that will contain the vast library of industry focussed outcomes developed since 2010.
